Blooming Health Partners with Cortland County

Cortland, New York, March 28, 2024 – Blooming Health has formed a partnership with Cortland County Office for Aging to provide their communication platform connecting seniors through voice calls, text messages, and email in 80 different languages.

Using Blooming Health, Cortland County is able to connect with older adults and better communicate information about services, provide referrals and easily collect survey data to improve community efforts. This will enable older adults to receive timely assistance, nutrition support, Home Delivered Meals updates and educational information to stay engaged with their community and improve access to services.
