Blooming Health Partners with Madison County Office

[Canastota, NY, 4-29-24] – Blooming Health has formed a partnership with Madison County Office for the Aging to provide their communication platform connecting seniors through voice calls, text messages, and email in 80 different languages.

Using Blooming Health, Madison County is able to connect with older adults and better communicate information about services, provide referrals and easily collect survey data to improve community efforts. This will enable older adults to receive timely assistance, nutrition support, home delivered meals updates and educational information to stay engaged with their community and improve access to services.

 

Currently Home Delivered Meal, In Home Service and Caregiver Program clients have all been enrolled in the platform. These programs require the most contact with clients and being able to reach out and inform them in their preferred contact method will be a valuable tool.
