Broome County, New York, April 10, 2024 – Blooming Health has formed a partnership with the Broome County Office for Aging to provide their communication platform connecting older adults through voice calls, text messages, and email in over 80 different languages.
Using Blooming Health, Broome County Office for Aging is able to connect with older adults and better communicate information about upcoming events at local senior centers and services available to help older adults remain independent. Broome County Office for Aging can also collect survey data to improve service delivery and gather customer satisfaction feedback about its services.

We are able to ask about quality of our services and collect feedback very quickly to help us address needs more efficiently. Older adults can easily subscribe to receive notifications through Blooming Health by calling our office. They can choose to receive voice calls, text messages or emails.
