Blooming Health Partners with LifeStream

[Yorktown, IN, 4-15-24] – Blooming Health has formed a partnership with LifeStream to provide their communication platform connecting seniors through voice calls, text messages, and email in 80 different languages.

Using Blooming Health, LifeStream is able to connect with older adults and better communicate information about services, provide updates about programs and events and easily collect survey data to improve community efforts. This will enable older adults to receive timely assistance, nutrition service updates, caregiver supports, and educational information to stay engaged with their community and improve access to services.
