Roughly 50% of the 6.5 million Medicare and Medicaid members on the platform live in rural areas. To address the digital divide, the system works over basic landlines — no internet or app login required. The platform has generated 19 million engagement touchpoints across 26 states, partnering with approximately 1,500 community-based organizations.
